Geek Squad via phone couldn't access my Chrome Book to help me solve a problem. An agent came to my house and easily showed me what I needed to know and also, per my request, connected my cell phone to my wifi so I could receive texts and make calls which I was unable to do before.

At home, the agent quickly found the problem - a bad main HD. We discussed options and later I took the PC in to the store and the promised 2 day repair was completed in a couple of hours and by dinner time, I had the PC back in the office at home.

My Cell phone was haywire so I made an appointment with the Geek Squad. They worked it out and fixed it. I was glad that they are there to help. The person was very professional. If you are not tech savvy than the Geek Squad is the best place to go.

The agent was patient and able to answer our questions so that we understood what was done. It took over almost 6 months to finally have a printer that worked with the computer I bought from Best Buy. Timon is always excellent but I shouldn’t have to have him out here 3 to 5 times to accomplish having a printer and a computer work together. The reason we finally got a printer to work that I physically gave up and brought the printer that was sold to me and the computer and came back to the Best Buy store store And just stood there until they provided me with the combination that would work . and now you’re increasing the amount of having the geek squad available to us, but providing us with much less service if we renew our service contract with you. That is not a very good customer relations move on the part of Best Buy.

Technician was outstanding, knowledgeable and helpful would give 6 stars however, first and second call to get tech went to I believe India and as experience was rated one. Very hard to understand and couldn’t help because of my lack of knowledge or the fact that my computer was very slow which is why I called in the first place.
