Was able to learn certain functions like making folders on my computer- — Would love afebt to leave a print out or sent a printed review if what we went over. It was hard for me to understand my handwritten notes. They were made while completing tasks on my new desktop.

The agent/agents installed my new computer, however we ran into quite a few bumps along the way. Nothing to do with their skills or knowledge, just things that came up during the installation. They hung in there way above and beyond to make sure that everything got installed and worked correctly. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

The agents ran a diagnostic on my computer and replaced my failing hard drive with a new solid state drive and transferred the info on the old drive to the new one. They were pleasant and professional and the job was completed within the time frame quoted.

I think this survey is for the in-store service I received this week of March 14, 2024 at the Downey, CA Best Buy store; the young lady was thorough, professional and understanding; solved my problem.

The agents cleaned up my computer, reset the default programming to Google Chrome apps, copied my hard drive onto a larger, new hard drive and reinstalled the new drive. Everything was completed in 2 days. The computer is much faster and thus far, it is working like a new system!

Geek Squad via phone couldn't access my Chrome Book to help me solve a problem. An agent came to my house and easily showed me what I needed to know and also, per my request, connected my cell phone to my wifi so I could receive texts and make calls which I was unable to do before.

The agent fixed my computer and brought my files back. He was also able to cleanup and fix my husband’s computer. The agent was patient and able to answer our questions so that we understood what was done. This is our second time to have a tech visit and help us with our computers and for us it’s a great decision.

The agent Cody came on time and seemed to know exactly what to do to get my computer working again! I was so nervous it wouldn't start but he made me feel very happy because he fixed it right away. He was friendly and made me feel comfortable.

At home, the agent quickly found the problem - a bad main HD. We discussed options and later I took the PC in to the store and the promised 2 day repair was completed in a couple of hours and by dinner time, I had the PC back in the office at home.

The agent resolved my speed problem with my extenders. Knowledgeable, professional, and personal. Explained the problem and solution in non-tech English. This is the second time I have used them. I am a total tech member. Do your homework. It's worth every penny.

The agent helped my husband to understand how to work his new iPad. He would have been lost without that help. They were also very helpful in transferring information from our old devices to the new ones we purchased at Best Buy.

My Cell phone was haywire so I made an appointment with the Geek Squad. They worked it out and fixed it. I was glad that they are there to help. The person was very professional. If you are not tech savvy than the Geek Squad is the best place to go.

Brian is wonderful! Works great with me & my problems. Helps me in everyway possible! As well as the (I forgot his name) at the Best Buy in Liberty was very polite & patient with me - assiting me in all my different purchases & recommendations & education. Great, helpful and outstanding people!

Came up with a fix for my husband, who is handicapped, to use a television as a computer monitor. Also helped with Alexa components that we were having trouble with. Great job!!! Can't say enough on how helpful and thoughtful he was in helping my husband deal with the new equipment.

The gent set up my new printer and then answered a lot of questions about how to use my printer with my computer as well as other questions about the computer. Best of all we purchased your plan for free help in the future if we need the Geek squad to help.

Having visited with a Geek Squad trechnician I learned that a center speaker is designed to clearly give vocals clarity. Visited my nearby Best Buy store and found exactly what I needed on the shelf and on sale. Out the door with 30 ft. of speaker cable and my new Sony center speaker. Installed and working perfectly for under $200.

Justin our Geek Squad Agent answered all of questions and concerns regarding our new laptop. In addition, Justin made our new laptop easier to use when scanning is needed. Questions were answered in a way we could understand.
