Kyle was most helpful to me ,getting my computer all repaired .Cleaned up my computer and got my internet working correctly. I depend on the Geek squad to keep my computer updated and running as efficiently as possible as I depend on my computer for business purposes.

Codee, the Geek Squad agent that came to my home for assistance was a Godsend. He's very knowledgeable, and quite helpful. He even took time to walk me thru the processes. I was extremely grateful for his help. Best Buy is lucky to have him.

Incredible service, professional, delightful, efficient.

They have hiven me outstanding service setting up my 85 inch tv and home theatre sound ststem, having my laptop send to.my printer. And setting up my.laptop to be accessed by remote computer for playing computer sports games head to head. Fast and technically competent.

It took over almost 6 months to finally have a printer that worked with the computer I bought from Best Buy. Timon is always excellent but I shouldn’t have to have him out here 3 to 5 times to accomplish having a printer and a computer work together. The reason we finally got a printer to work that I physically gave up and brought the printer that was sold to me and the computer and came back to the Best Buy store store And just stood there until they provided me with the combination that would work . and now you’re increasing the amount of having the geek squad available to us, but providing us with much less service if we renew our service contract with you. That is not a very good customer relations move on the part of Best Buy.

The agents helped me with setting up my computer, coming from 2 computers to one computer and making sure all our WiFi, modem, printers, and peripherals were all connected correctly.

Was able to fix issues and explain how to prevent them in the future. Very neat personable and able to communicate well with someone who has fallen behind in the computer field since retiring. Would strongly recommend this individual for future issues.

Jose at the Costa Mesa Best Buy was fabulous. He is kind, thorough and professional. We would also like to review Carlos who came to the house on more than one occasion. He was extremely professional and cared for us after our fraud on our computer. He helped us in so many ways.

Martin once again was very professional in handling our computer questions. We are both over 82 years old and he is so patient with us. He is a real credit to your organization. By the way we are over 20 year members of the GEEK SQUAD.

Technician cleaned up all the cookies and fixed programs not working property. Made recommendation for a new disk was only $65 took computer into Geek squad at BestBuy. They installed and we got it back in less than 24 hours. Great Service. Computer runs like new!

Technician was outstanding, knowledgeable and helpful would give 6 stars however, first and second call to get tech went to I believe India and as experience was rated one. Very hard to understand and couldn’t help because of my lack of knowledge or the fact that my computer was very slow which is why I called in the first place.

Nick did a wonderful job installing our desktop computer system. He was patient with answering our questions and even returned a few days later because we had more questions. He even solved my iPhone issues, which we also purchased from Best Buy. We recommend Best Buy to our friends.

I fell for a scammer and dowloaded a file. Something seemed off, so I quickly powered off my pc. While the scammers kept trying to convince me to power on and continue, I disconnected the call. I called the Geek Squad, and they quickly confirmed my fears that I was scammed and that they were in my computer. The Geek Squad was able to complete all the diagnostics and clean up to ensure me I was safe from fraudulent access on my computer. I felt so foolish, and could not believe I argued with the scammers for so long, and dowloaded the file. The Geek Squad technicians really cared (as I was upset). Their words were calming and they kept telling me it was going to be ok. I really appreciated not only their technical skills but also their ability to be human, and deal with the emotions that come with scammer attacks. Plus they also gave me tips of what to look for with future scam attempts. Thank you and grateful!
