Agent got my Mac Mini to talk to its monitor and rewired my iMac to remove the old Time Machine. He explained what he was doing and got everything working again.

Justin was delightful, patient and understanding of this person who is not up on technology. He showed me a lot and set up a scanning program for my scanner that is so much easier and faster than what I had. He would make a good teacher!

Jacob helped me to straighten out our computer, my iPad, iPhone and iPod. We were in a mess! A big company had pretty much destroyed our account and email of very long standing. We needed a lot of guidance! We're very happy with the help we received. Thank you, Geek Squad!

The agent Edward, set up my Dell computer and installed all the programs. He was very competent, knowledgably and friendly. Answered my questions so I could understand.

Actually, I'm astounded by the guality of the Geek Squad service. They repaired my PC after it had been hacked and was inoperable, in two days or so, Better yet, the $149 price includes a year of 24 hours a day, seven days a week phone support. And thus support is not only for my computer but includes televisions, home theater, and more. With the computer you can cede control tomorrow the online technician and watch them make repairs and refinements at lightning speed. If the initial tech support can't handle the problem,you are transfered to a specialist. Frankly I simply can't believe the amount of help I've received for my original very reasonable price. WOW! PS...If I need more in store service I believe that is included as well.

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable & did the job quickly. He also answered my questions without making me feel like an idiot. I told him I had had all my shots and he could remove his mask if he wanted to, but he told me Best Buy required that he wear one and he honored the policy. That is a good employee.

Technician was very helpful. Also friendly, knowledgeable and solved my problems quickly and helped me with some other issues with my computer. Technician Junior was excellent.

My computer was not communicating with my printer. The Geek Squad agent corrected the problem and made sure that I was comfortable with using the printer before he left.

Amazingly comfortable. My understanding of new technology is limited. The tech explained everything i needed to use my devices more efficiently and made it easy. His relaxed manner told me he was comfortable explaining the most obvious things that orhers could do that i had a hard time with. I thank him for that.

The tech that arrived at our home was on time, polite, patient professional, explained each issue we had and fixed it. It was all done in a very timely manner. We would do business with no one else, Geek Squad is excellent.

Alex from the Geek Squad helped set up my work computer at home as I am now working remotely. He also explained how we could switch computers to my daughter's work computer when needed.

Tom Stroud is the most efficient and knowledgeable technician in addition to being helpful and friendly. We always request Tom when we need Geek Squad help. Too bad there aren’t more technicians like Tom!

I was pleased w/ the immediate response of the area manager to personally help replace my damaged computer at a good price instead of just passing me off to a subordinate. He sent a very experienced tech to complete the installation.

My tech, Bethany, is awesome. She communicates with me before showing up, during the visit, and after she leaves. She answers all my questions and makes notes for me to follow for when she isn't here. I love my new computer and my tech is the best.

Jose (I believe that's his name) of Geek Squad was fantastic! He was friendly, knowledgeable and took all the time necessary to carefully set up our products. He transferred my data from Carbonite into my new computer and He also explained how to best use the products. I can't say enough good things about him!

First, the Geek Squad installed my new TCL 65" ROKU TV on a new extendable/rotating wall mount and connected it to my new TCL sound system. A couple of days later, the Total Tech guy came to my house to set up my newly purchased MacBook Pro, and spent every last minute explaining how my entire system worked, including how to use Roku, how to use AirPlay from my Mac to the TV and more. SO, I bought a new Epson 4850 several days ago, and I'm eagerly awaiting for the Total Tech person to teach me how to use it and set up the wireless. I must explain this: I'm almost 65 and all of the technology is hard for me to grasp, although I try hard. If something is thoroughly explained to me once, I usually have it for good. Understanding my personal "Geeklessness," the Total Tech guy was very accommodating.
