Yobert from the geek squad hooked up our new printer. He was very professional & very nice. He finished the job pretty quick. I would definitely use the geek squad again.

He was very polite and personable, knew his craft well and was fast and efficient. He (Geoffrey Graybeal) has taken care of a couple of items for me and he is excellent.

I fell for a scammer and dowloaded a file. Something seemed off, so I quickly powered off my pc. While the scammers kept trying to convince me to power on and continue, I disconnected the call. I called the Geek Squad, and they quickly confirmed my fears that I was scammed and that they were in my computer. The Geek Squad was able to complete all the diagnostics and clean up to ensure me I was safe from fraudulent access on my computer. I felt so foolish, and could not believe I argued with the scammers for so long, and dowloaded the file. The Geek Squad technicians really cared (as I was upset). Their words were calming and they kept telling me it was going to be ok. I really appreciated not only their technical skills but also their ability to be human, and deal with the emotions that come with scammer attacks. Plus they also gave me tips of what to look for with future scam attempts. Thank you and grateful!

Tom Stroud is the most efficient and knowledgeable technician in addition to being helpful and friendly. We always request Tom when we need Geek Squad help. Too bad there aren’t more technicians like Tom!

The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable & did the job quickly. He also answered my questions without making me feel like an idiot. I told him I had had all my shots and he could remove his mask if he wanted to, but he told me Best Buy required that he wear one and he honored the policy. That is a good employee.

I was pleased w/ the immediate response of the area manager to personally help replace my damaged computer at a good price instead of just passing me off to a subordinate. He sent a very experienced tech to complete the installation.

The agent installed my new computer quickly and then showed me how to use it including the word system on the HP computer. I had previously been accustomed to Microsoft Word.

Amazingly comfortable. My understanding of new technology is limited. The tech explained everything i needed to use my devices more efficiently and made it easy. His relaxed manner told me he was comfortable explaining the most obvious things that orhers could do that i had a hard time with. I thank him for that.

My agent checked our computer we didn’t have the virus in the computer. Told him to do it so he did explained everything very well. Husband said if we need somebody again will call the geek at Best Buy.

First, the Geek Squad installed my new TCL 65" ROKU TV on a new extendable/rotating wall mount and connected it to my new TCL sound system. A couple of days later, the Total Tech guy came to my house to set up my newly purchased MacBook Pro, and spent every last minute explaining how my entire system worked, including how to use Roku, how to use AirPlay from my Mac to the TV and more. SO, I bought a new Epson 4850 several days ago, and I'm eagerly awaiting for the Total Tech person to teach me how to use it and set up the wireless. I must explain this: I'm almost 65 and all of the technology is hard for me to grasp, although I try hard. If something is thoroughly explained to me once, I usually have it for good. Understanding my personal "Geeklessness," the Total Tech guy was very accommodating.

Adam showed up on time and proceeded to start service right away. He explained what he was doing and why. I was impressed with his knowledge and would not hesitate to request Adam for future service!

Geek squad person got my new phone, email, computer and hearing aids all working together once again. Great service, he answered my questions and shared information I wasn't aware of.

I know very little GEEK language so I asked him to set my computer up so it is very easy to use for an old lady. and he did just that. I could use him again as I am a shut-in and don't go out. I need my computer for survival.

The tech who helped me was very knowledgeable & friendly. He helped me understand my issue with my printer & made suggestions if I am planning on purchasing a new printer.

My tech, Bethany, is awesome. She communicates with me before showing up, during the visit, and after she leaves. She answers all my questions and makes notes for me to follow for when she isn't here. I love my new computer and my tech is the best.
