I know very little GEEK language so I asked him to set my computer up so it is very easy to use for an old lady. and he did just that. I could use him again as I am a shut-in and don't go out. I need my computer for survival.

Our Geek was incredible. He worked with us on issues with printer communication and provided sound advise on a printer that was user friendly

My agent checked our computer we didn’t have the virus in the computer. Told him to do it so he did explained everything very well. Husband said if we need somebody again will call the geek at Best Buy.

Adam showed up on time and proceeded to start service right away. He explained what he was doing and why. I was impressed with his knowledge and would not hesitate to request Adam for future service!

The agent installed my new computer quickly and then showed me how to use it including the word system on the HP computer. I had previously been accustomed to Microsoft Word.

The Geek squad member was timely and professional. He contacted me a couple of days prior to the appointment and on the day of appointment showed up within the window of time he had promised. Once on site, he quickly rid my desktop of all viruses and deleted some of the extraneous icons and windows.

Geek squad person got my new phone, email, computer and hearing aids all working together once again. Great service, he answered my questions and shared information I wasn't aware of.

The agent set up my new laptop with all of the important programs, files, etc. He also demonstrated how to use various features of the computer as well as interact with some programs, the internet, etc. He answered any questions I had as well.

The Geek Squad transfered my husband's data to a new computer and fixed a problem when we realized addresses and appointments were missing. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable.
