Agent came to my home to trouble shoot printer that would not communicate with my computer. He readily solved the problem and left me with some good maintenance tips

The tech was extremely helpful and knowledgible. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly, and fixed all my problems I was also VERY IMPRESSED that he wore a face mask and shoe covers.

The tech arrived on time as scheduled big plus in my books !!!...Set up my new computer in about 20 minutes ....wonderful service and answered all my questions and concerns !! I am such a fan of TOTAL TECH SUPPORT !!! I will continue with this service for a very long time !!!...THANK YOU !!!

The agent helped in setting up our new computer and in moving our e-mail and security from the old computer to the new computer. Excellent support.

The agent helped me with my new computer, to find everything after it was transferred from my old computer. Also with some issues with my printer connecting to my computer.
