David the person who came out was nice and knew his job well. He was able to answer all questions I had and resolved any issues that he was called out her for.

Ben installed my new cpu tower and did a super job. Very pleasant, on time and has a vast knowledge of computers and the internet. A great asset for Best Buy

The tech that came out was very helpful. I explained what the problem was, he diagnosed what was going on and repaired it. You can't make it any easier than that.

Kenny and a fellow Geek Squad partner installed the sonas syystem in my home. The units work great and Kenny did a great job going through the details as to how to use them. He even stopped by a second time to answer a few more questions. Can't get better service than that.

I buy all my computer cameras and TVs from Best Buy and have them help me install them They are a professional group and has given me the best service

The Geek Squad people are great! I just had a new battery installed and copied one computer to another. Nothing difficult but they were fast which is great. I have separation anxiety without my computer!!

The service was excellent. The new computer has been set up and everything successfully transferred over to it. Hooked up to the printer and the Wifi ... and all done in the fraction of the time it would have taken me!

Computer Technician corrected the glitches and improved my computer performance tremendously. Never was there a time during his visits I didn't commend him for a job well done.

Installation of new drive and transfer of the data was taken care of with much efficiency. The overall performance was checked out and any service needed was taken care of. The Geek Squad service was outstanding.
