Great help setting up laptop and chrome book. Husband has special vision needs and the agent was professional and caring. System was set up and is working well.

The agent assisted in my ability to copy/edit contacts. In addition to familiarize the many facets of this sensitive machine. I am becoming more comfortable in using it.

The agent connected my monitor and demonstrated what he had done. Then he explained how to use it as a second screen with my laptop. He was very clear and precise with his instructions, which I appreciated.

Two service men from Geek Squad fixed a security issue that I could not figure out for a couple of weeks. They kept in contact and showed up right on time. It took them around 15 minutes to get everything up and running again.

my experience with the Geek Squid has been good. I still need to know just what all they can work with me on. I just purchased a new Sony Smart TV, and need some education, as how best to use it!

The Geek Squad adjusted the receiver to reconnect to tv correctly and fixed the volume issue we were having due to Comcast messing it up. We just resigned up for Total Tech Services again as we love the service provided.

Danny had helped me find the ink for my old printer, I ordered it, and he installed it and got my printer running again! He is an outstanding agent, very personable and knowledgeable and, most importantly, able to communicate that tech knowledge for lay people.
