Derek was extremely knowlegeable and helpful. Great attitude and always positive. He explained the issues and solved our problems.

I have an old Lenovo Ultrabook laptop that I keep as a backup in case other computers don't work. It was so slow, it drove me crazy. I took it to Geek Squad, they put a new hard drive in it & it now works great & is very fast. Great job Geek Squad!

The Geek Squad tech person was very qualified and took the time to accurately determine what was at fault with my computer. After he fixed the problem, I have not experienced any issues since. I highly recommend him for his commitment, professionalism and friendliness.

How can we give Austin 10 stars!?! Polite, professional, thorough & patient! I have been hearing raves about Austin from my parents for months and today I was actually here when he rode in to save the day! Had a "simple" router issue but thanks to his pre-visit phone call he was came prepared to switch us to Roku so we can be free from ZITO forever! Both "simple" fixes, were of course not as straight forward as expected, which is why we have TotalTech! Not only does Austin take care of the issue but he kindly explains what & why he is doing to resolve, set-up, etc. He is also very good at letting us know about things we need to request from Verizon so we will have the best user experience. These are things tied to that service and cannot be provided by BestBuy - we would have Austin fix everything if we could!! 10 TEN STARS for Austin!

Laurel fixed my printer woes and made some minor adjustments on my computer ... she does a great job ... one little hiccup in the scheduling (not Laurel's fault, tho) came about when i kept getting different windows as to Laurel's arrival time ...

Danny had helped me find the ink for my old printer, I ordered it, and he installed it and got my printer running again! He is an outstanding agent, very personable and knowledgeable and, most importantly, able to communicate that tech knowledge for lay people.

After purchasing the tech team support for one year, I used it to evaluate new computer at home and transfer data from old computer to new one at store. Very pleased with service and professionalism.

Technician took care of problems that remained after one computer had been services at the store in early 2023. He also made the computer work more efficiently.

The agent checked out everything that was of concern to me. Had everything up and running like it was supposed to very quickly.

My Geek Squad tech was on time! I previously had Geek Squad set up my new printer ordered from Best Buy. This time my tech agent paired my tablet to my printer. Now I can print from my phone or tablet. He also checked why my exterior security computer & camera weren't working. He diagnosed probable problem & told me how to resolve it. Tech is knowledgeable, fast, friendly and patient to make sure I fully understand anything I needed to learn. Having Geek Squad access saves me time, stress & not having to drive, park, drag in equipment, wait & repeat to return home is extremely worth it to me.

I bought a membership 2 months ago and it has already been WELL WORTH it! The GS got 2 of my old computers up and running like new, and their in-home visit was absolutley STELLAR! I belive the kid;s name was Reese that visited, and the guy was just awesome! He knew exactly what to do, how to do it, and even showed me few things. If I could give Reese 10 stars, I'd say make it 11, because he went above and beyond what I was asking for. Thank you Universe for the gift of the Geek Squad!! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend the Best Buy membership!

they called before they came, installed our tv, showed us how to work our remote and entered our codes so we could watch our shows on nextflex and ect. very courteous and I am glad I have geek squad .

Sean is just terrific. He is patient and kind. Very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He is the only Geek Squad technician I trust. The very BEST!!!
