Excellent service. Greatly exceeded expectations. Had a wide ranging knowledge of computers.

The Geek Squad fixed problems with Microsoft on three computers, and gave me a quick fix on my printer. All work was great.

The agent did an excellent job setting up my new laptop and printer, plus fixing some glitches in the photos that did not transfer the way I wanted them to from my old laptop to my new one.

This Tech was great in helping but the recovery with my computer was terrible and had to go back twice and still had issues! Turbo tax was not backed, many favorites, health documents lost, icons, and spent hours online trying to get help. Its a hit and miss getting real help to solve your problems and one time a girl at the end of her shift left me and disconnected and never called me back. The last tech who showed up to my house was great and repaired many concerns but still word was lost and never backed up at the store and he installed for me but original documents i can't find. Terrible store repair with good instructions left for them!

Great service, fast and more than competent. Went the extra miles in making sure I was satisfied with what was accomplished. Took the time to explain everything to me.

Tech was very polite and supportive with answering our questions and showing us things on the computer to keep it running properly. She did a great job, arrived timely and thanked us.

Absolutely professional and extremely helpful is the best way to sum up the service provided by the Geek Squad.

The agent who arrived to perform the service, reported the controller's bluetooth was not operational. And it cannot be repaired. He suggested I the entire Quest 2 for store credit. Because Best Buy no longer replaces the Quest 2. The service was free. About 3-weeks later, I spoke with Meta on another matter. When I was asked, if there was anything else I needed help with. I mentioned the controller. Meta promptly replaced the controller with a refurbished one!

I prefer Geek Agent to come to my home rather take CPU to store. Agent arrived on time and was very efficient finding and resolving my computer issue. Also answered questions helpfully. No hesitation in recommending services of the Geek Squad.

The computer one-drive was removed from my computer (as requested). He connected my printer where it was easier for me to use, and put Word on my toolbar. Everything was explained and done in record time.

Agent Justin did a wonderful job getting Safari to work again. He explained what he was doing and succeeded in his mission. So grateful.

Having your own tech support has been invaluable. They clean up your computer and are able to diagnose most problems and fix them. I wouldn’t be without this service .
