Tristan did probably the best job of addressing and explaining the "fixes" he did here of any tech we have had service our account. Although I may end up messing something else up he fixed all that I know of and explained each.

Trevor was wonderful. He installed ROKU units and mounted a TV's for us. He was very pleasant and was very good at explaining how to work the new equipment.
