Agent Andrew arrived to solve a problem with having to sign in to my Microsoft account every 3 hours, but when I said I'd bought a laptop I didn't really want, he found one quite close to my dream machine. He made a lot of money for Best Buy that day: I got the laptop, an optical drive, and 2 years of TotalTech support. Plus, he demonstrated patience, expertise, and a willingness to go far above and beyond what anybody could have expected. But best of all, he freed me from a long nightmare of a keylogger who had caused me stress and grief for 2 years. Thank you, Andrew and Best Buy.

My Geek Agent was Dalton. He was fantastic! He helped me with more than what he came for. He extended himself on looking at the connections of my tv, speakers and outdoor dashcam. Dalton was knowledgeable and geeked throughout all my issues quickly! I was impressed because it had been months and several friends trying to help and couldn’t figure it out. Employees like Dalton should be recognized and rewarded and promoted so they feel appreciated and value at the company.

Tristan did probably the best job of addressing and explaining the "fixes" he did here of any tech we have had service our account. Although I may end up messing something else up he fixed all that I know of and explained each.
