I purchased the newest I-pad. Geek Squad transferred the data from my older I-pad which I was giving to my husband to use. The new I-pad wanted me to use Touch ID which I couldn’t do because of my age and tremors. I ended up getting Brandon from Geeks-at-home and he fixed my new I-pad so all I had to do was push the top button and then slide to turn it off. Thank you, Brandon, for being understanding and helping me to be able to turn my new I-pad off.
