The unconditional service (of last year) was far better than the limited home service Geek Squad agreement of this year (going forward). But our ongoing opinion is that the folks who WORK for Geek Squad have been really smart, personable, fast, mentally quick, effective in problem-solving, and gracious. We could use "some stereotyped words" to compliment them (professional, etc.), but they won't (even if they deserve them).

Very very difficult to get a hold of geek squad. No direct number and the number you do have gives you multiple computerized answers. When I finally did get a hold of a human, they told me to call this other number and I went through the exact same process. Once I got a hold of the geek squad, it was easy to set up an appointment. The problem is they want you to stay home for 12 straight hours and not give you any indication so you waste an entire day waiting. tech-support guy that came to the house was very informative and easily resolved my issues. It was the process of getting him there. That is very difficult .
