Bad hard drive was uncovered and replaced. I can't remember ant time when this desk top worked a efficiently and as easily as it has since it was serviced this past week.

I needed help reinstalling Windows 10 on my computer that was running expired Windows 8.1... My computer was missing files that Microsoft deleted while reversing my windows 10 to windows 8.1 years ago because I didn't like windows 10. Alex from the Geek Squad not only spent many hours till he finally got my computer to install Windows 10, but also helped me with tings I have a hard time doing because of my handicap... Alex went above and beyond his duties.........................

Quick, efficient fix of my printer communications problem. The technician arrived right on time and was able to complete the fix very quickly. He didn't make me feel stupid because some of the problem was my own doing. As a former IT professional (pre-PC), I like it when techs don't bog you down in jargon that is unfamiliar or beyond my own knowledge & expertise.

My geek squad technician is awesome!! He is very courteous, listens to me with full attention, offers solutions and fixes whatever problems i present him with!! Puts me at ease and is very encouraging with me and giving me good advice, etc. I am so pleased with the Geek Squad, especially my technician as he is such a valuable asset to Best Buy and I would like Best Buy to know how well an asset he really is to them!!

Problem solved! Great job done. The representative was respectful and patiently answered all of my questions.

The camera on my laptop was blurring the background. We could not find any setting that removed the blurring. Toby investigated the issue and could not find any settings either. Finally he removed all of the apps associated with Lenovo that we did not need and the blurring went away. We are so thankful to have this issue resolved.
