Geek Squad came to my Rescue!

Although, the reason I bought the new desktop was due to my PC appearing it was broken one day, as if it was dropped. I needed to save my files not knowing it could have exploded and causing a fire. He provided set up and data file transfer from PC to my new Apple desktop. Over and above explanation of capabilities of my Apple which I am new user versus PC.

Geek squad technician!

He is very courteous, listens to me with full attention, offers solutions and fixes whatever problems i present him with!! Puts me at ease and is very encouraging with me and giving me good advice, etc. I am so pleased with the Geek Squad, especially my technician as he is such a valuable asset to Best Buy and I would like Best Buy to know how well an asset he really is to them!!

Software installation
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was having a tough time installing some new software on my Mac (one of the Adobe products; I have always found these to be complicated). The geek squad agent who came to the house was very pleasant, figured out the problem, and talked me through the process. The excellent rating here is for the agent who came to the house; the multiple phone calls for help before that were pretty bad, and it took a long time before I could get someone to help. Phone support could be improved.
