Very happy to have the Geek Squad in-home service option as well as the remote service; so reassuring. Robert was great - even though his news about my external hard drive wasn't too cheerful.. He gave me excellent advice and I'm looking forward to seeing him again - when he transfers my data over to the new hard drive.

Service was excellent! PC had a thermal battery, which I didn’t know until the service man arrived. Although, the reason I bought the new desktop was due to my PC appearing it was broken one day, as if it was dropped. I needed to save my files not knowing it could have exploded and causing a fire. He provided set up and data file transfer from PC to my new Apple desktop. Over and above explanation of capabilities of my Apple which I am new user versus PC.

The agent came to my house and set up my computer. He was quick and prompt. I had already got it going but he was able to connect my printer for which I was grateful. Still not completely sure why I don't have same default internet page with email.
