In addition I asked Jason if he could install the You Tube Channel with the the NFL package on my Television. Jason has been my go to Geek squad agent for a long time. Jason does outstanding work. In closing I would again like to personally thank Geek Squad agent Jason Finnimore for the excellent work he does.

The technician arrived right on time and was able to complete the fix very quickly. He didn't make me feel stupid because some of the problem was my own doing. As a former IT professional (pre-PC), I like it when techs don't bog you down in jargon that is unfamiliar or beyond my own knowledge & expertise.
