The technician who came to the house 1-1-24 was great, highly capable in his field and made all the necessary adjustments I'd asked for. But as he was leaving he said, I almost forgot to charge you. Two months prior to this (sometime in November) I had a tech come to the house free of charge, assumed it was covered under my $179.99 annual fee. He told me this visit that all changed, surprise, never notified of this change. Apparently the $179.99 only gets you $20 off, time for me discontinue my "not" so total tech support.

I was having a tough time installing some new software on my Mac (one of the Adobe products; I have always found these to be complicated). The geek squad agent who came to the house was very pleasant, figured out the problem, and talked me through the process. The excellent rating here is for the agent who came to the house; the multiple phone calls for help before that were pretty bad, and it took a long time before I could get someone to help. Phone support could be improved.

I am not particularly tech savvy, a senior citizen and a procrastinator. I needed Geek Squad to help me set up a printer ouurchased a few months ago and a new computer I did not used in over a year. My technician was professional, knowledgeable, informative & patient. I highly recommend Geek Squad and my tech, Marvin.

Geek squad agent Jason Finnimore did routine check up on my computer, my wife's tablet, and put in new ink for my printer. In addition I asked Jason if he could install the You Tube Channel with the the NFL package on my Television. Jason has been my go to Geek squad agent for a long time. Jason does outstanding work. In closing I would again like to personally thank Geek Squad agent Jason Finnimore for the excellent work he does.
