Geek Squad to the Rescue!

Casey was thorough in finding out what support I needed and transferred data from an old PC to my MacBook Air. He solved a storage problem. He also providing clear expectations on how long service would take. expectations regarding how long it would take. I am 71 years old and not tech savvy. Casey was patient and kind. I could not be more pleased!

Robert was great - even though his news about my external hard drive wasn't too cheerful.. He gave me excellent advice and I'm looking forward to seeing him again - when he transfers my data over to the new hard drive.

I call first but they needed to send out a technician. Joseph was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job getting my computer cleaned up to work faster and he found out that the wireless mouse was not functioning correctly so he put our original wired mouse back on and that fixed our problem. Awesome job!!!

A quick repair of a dead TV
