My computer was locked up and nothing I tried worked. Very slow to respond. I call first but they needed to send out a technician. Joseph was very professional and answered all my questions. He did an excellent job getting my computer cleaned up to work faster and he found out that the wireless mouse was not functioning correctly so he put our original wired mouse back on and that fixed our problem. Awesome job!!!

Richard, on the Geek squad, did an outstanding job. I had to go in the hospital for a week and when I returned I had a new computer, my old software saved, and new software. A tornado had taken out my old computer. His personality was as good as it gets. So could not be happier and yes I joined the club.

The man from Geek Squad that came out was great. I appreciated the research he did to determine that my outlook calendar and google calendars could not be sinked like they were in the past. It was the Geek Squad over the phone remote repair that was the worst. Sanja and Jason were awful and both disconnected without fixing the issue. Phone support I have learned is not good with the Geek Squad.
