    Have used your services for three of my purchases. It's comforting to know I can schedule an appointment and have someone from the Geek Squad come to my home and make repairs in the comfort of my home. The 'Geek (s)' have all been very knowledgeable, professional, kind and patient with my questions. A worthwhile investment. Thank You.

    WiFi didn’t work and the software had to be changed. Agent checked out the laptop and fixed the problem and it worked. The agent explained that when it would happen again, the laptop would need a new WiFi card. He was very helpful. Indeed a week later it happened again and we bought a new WiFi card on line and the Geek Squad installed it at the store. That was several weeks ago and we have had no more problems. We did it this way because we didn’t want to send the laptop to Kentucky again and being without it again another week.
