    Jared Leonard (?), the Geek Squad member that came to my house to help me, was tremendous. He is very patient and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone in this area (Binghamton, NY). He is also very polite and always puts on shoe coverings so he doesn't tread snow or mud into my house.
