    My recent experience with Geek Squad was terrific! I just bought a new laptop and had them transfer the data from the old one to the new one. They made the transfer at my home, which was a huge benefit. The woman who did the transfer was great to work with and was good about explaining everything to me as she did it. I was unsure about the recent increase in cost for a Geek Squad subscription, but this experience convinced me that it was worth it.

    Brandon completed a reset of the WiFi after a recent outage. He did an exceptional job of explaining each step along the way in the process. We didn't arrive at a conclusion on why it needed to be reset in the first place, but he gave me some pointers on what to do when it happens again. (unfortunately, the Eero set up seems to need an occasional power reboot).

    I purchased a new laptop for my wife. I have total tech so I had "Hector" come to our home to transfer data and set up her new laptop and explain the new changes to her. "Hector" is a total professional. Great knowledge and communication skills. Everything worked great. Wish I had his phone number for future issues... A+
