Geek Squad Home PC Repair is Exceptional
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Eric Pulley accomplished n 20 minutes what 2 afternoons of Geek Squad remote logon techs couldn't. He' a great Squad tech and fixed the sound issue on my PC with no problem. He additionally updated it and and ensured it was functioning as it should. I cannot recommend remote logon repair attempts. However, Eric Pulley and Geek Squad home services has my highest recommendations.

Kitchen appliance service

My service tech was not fully informed about the requested service and had to update the ticket in order to perform the job. The service tech should have complete and accurate information on their assigned work order when performing jobs. However, the service tech was wonderful and performed a highly quality job.

He is very patient and knowledgeable and I would recommend him to anyone in this area (Binghamton, NY). He is also very polite and always puts on shoe coverings so he doesn't tread snow or mud into my house.

VERY PLEASED
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Afterer thrtee trips to the Best Buy store to get my computer fixed and finding it not working each time I brought it home, I was thrilled when the Geek Squad man who came to my house checked the computer and found the problem was a faulty keyboard. He checked the system thououghly and had a keyboard in his truck to sell to me so I could get back on the computer. VERY PLEASED with this in home service!!!!
