    The tech quickly determined that my monitor had failed (it was old). Fortunately, we had another monitor for test purposes to verify the diagnosis. He then made an excellent recommendation on a replacement monitor that just happened to be a great value due to the Black Friday sale then going on.

    I am exceptionally pleased with Geek Squad and Rez. He is easy to trust because he lisens to understand what you are trying to acheive and often improves upon what you want. Moreover, he leaves you fixed. My neighbor feels the same comfort level with him.
