    Already sent in review : for second time: 1st person, Steve , went above and beyond to take care of problem - he found I was sold wrong item - at Best Buy- for him to install. He helped get things corrected , re ordered etc - I had to wait to get correct item . Sean came to install correct item when I got it- Sean also great- further , installed and connected new printer once I had correct new modem/router. He was also great.

    I had Joshua out to set up my new computer and then out again to help me with email issues. He is a fantastic tech (I know as I spent 25 years in the telecom industry) and I would guess (and hope) that Best Buy would only employ experienced folks with the same credentials and knowledge as Joshua has. Highly recommended!

    My network had several issues which the technician resolved. He replaced my mesh network (under warranty), recommended a new one which I got and he installed and reconfigured a number of apps to work; including the Garage door, lighting and Spectrum network and Internet.

    I needed some help with my WiFi connection and was so pleased when the Geek Squad technician showed up. She was fantastic! So told me that the repair would cost $99. and then told me about the $99 tech coverage for a year if I signed up. THAT WAS a NO BRAINER! Amanda was so knowledgeable and has a wonderful, friendly personality. She explained what she was doing which was very helpful. She returned on another day to complete a technical task and I honestly, couldn’t wait for her to return
