    Among the issues I was having was that the computer would not let me allow remote access so I had to schedule a house call. The technician was polite and patient and spent about 2 hours resolving multiple issue and installing a back-up drive. He worked quickly, but there were many issue, including the speed of the computer being greatly diminished. He explained every action that he took. I was very impressed.

    I am sold on the Total Tech plan. on our recent in home service call I was treated with full professionalism by Rich and he did everything he could to take care of the issue. I am also very satisfied by the call center service as every time I feel like I have been taken care of with care. I will be renewing my subscription for sure.

    The agent performed nearly excellent service. I really appreciated the professional way he resolved my issue. However, after he left we discovered that through the problem solving, somehow, the sound was lost on my computer. Now, I need some help to get the sound back.
