I have been fighting with my internet service because I couldn't get good service. They said it was my computer. Geek Squad plservice man came said it wasn't my computer checked it all out and said it was still my internet service and we added a router and now it works !

Steven Jensen/Service agent was the best repair man I have every had in the 36 years I have been in business. Very kind, professional and helpful. He is a great representative for Best Buy. I bought a new computer because of Steven from Best Buy. I bought it at the Valparaiso store.

A huge, HUGE, shoutout to Dendra. After lightning hit my house and knocked out my modem and router, Dendra came out and got everything back on track. Her personality and thoughtfulness made the experience so comfortable and easy for me. While here, she also figured out a couple of hiccups I had with my Apple TV, and now all is running smoothly again. Thank you so much to Dendra and the Geek Squad for outstanding service.

Prompt and professional service - very knowledgeable

The Geek Squad agent worked on my printer in order to get it back online. There were some other issues that had to be resolved to get the printer online. Matthew did a great job. He was helpful in answering my questions about the printer and other questions about my slow running laptop.

It has been our pleasure to work with Best Buy and Geek squad for years now. The service Techs are all so courteous and making sure that everything is the way it should be. They call to let you know a window range of time that they are coming. We highly recommend doing business with Best buy.

Justin Porter came to our home to assist me with my new computer set up. I was having trouble w the new keyboard that came with the set up. He assessed how I set it system up and the keyboard was faulty. He gave good advice and suggestions. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable.

We were happy that Geek Squad was available to come to our house and set up our computers to work properly. Because of the cloud storage system our computers were linked together, and the favorite sites were mixed up. The technician was able to separate the two computers so we can work independently and have our own favorites.
