Did hookup of printer without a problem. Even took the time to explain how to fax with my new machine.

We love the service we get, however, I have had problems with some of the people helping me. I have had to make 2 or 3 calls to get my issues solved

My network had several issues which the technician resolved. He replaced my mesh network (under warranty), recommended a new one which I got and he installed and reconfigured a number of apps to work; including the Garage door, lighting and Spectrum network and Internet.

I am exceptionally pleased with Geek Squad and Rez. He is easy to trust because he lisens to understand what you are trying to acheive and often improves upon what you want. Moreover, he leaves you fixed. My neighbor feels the same comfort level with him.

I am sold on the Total Tech plan. on our recent in home service call I was treated with full professionalism by Rich and he did everything he could to take care of the issue. I am also very satisfied by the call center service as every time I feel like I have been taken care of with care. I will be renewing my subscription for sure.

I brought the Geek Squad member to my house to help install a new printer I had bought. But, I had also recently changed over my Google service to their new service and with that came a need to realign all of my devices to the new router. So, not only was the printer installed and set up, but the internet connections were put in place for the printer, the RING device and the RING chime and the thermostat that also had an internet connection.
