    If I could give Geek Squad more than 5 stars, I would. They got busy with my computer the day I took it to them. I am a small business and was very worried about business accounts being hacked. By that evening, Geek Squad had cleared my computer and called to confirm that it was again safe to use. Thank you, Geek Squad!

  • Hacked Lotus WK4 spreadsheet files!

    My computer was hacked. Some Lotus WK4 spreadsheet files would not open. Kris (I believe) worked hard for about an hour and a half. Was not able to completely bring back my files but using information given by Kris I was able to transfer the files to a different spreadsheet (Excel) and basically got them to open.
