Very kind, professional and helpful. He is a great representative for Best Buy. I bought a new computer because of Steven from Best Buy. I bought it at the Valparaiso store.

Hacking problem

They got busy with my computer the day I took it to them. I am a small business and was very worried about business accounts being hacked. By that evening, Geek Squad had cleared my computer and called to confirm that it was again safe to use. Thank you, Geek Squad!

The service Techs are all so courteous and making sure that everything is the way it should be. They call to let you know a window range of time that they are coming. We highly recommend doing business with Best buy.

Nearly perfect resolution to my issue.

I really appreciated the professional way he resolved my issue. However, after he left we discovered that through the problem solving, somehow, the sound was lost on my computer. Now, I need some help to get the sound back.

Geek squad agent assisted w set up of new computer

I was having trouble w the new keyboard that came with the set up. He assessed how I set it system up and the keyboard was faulty. He gave good advice and suggestions. He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable.

Geek Squad Agent to the Rescue!

There were some other issues that had to be resolved to get the printer online. Matthew did a great job. He was helpful in answering my questions about the printer and other questions about my slow running laptop.
