    I had been having a terrible time trying to get on into the internet for about 3 weeks. I tried everything possible but it was frustrating. The Geek Squad Tech came in took a look into my problem and solved it immediately. He was the best I ever had. I have been up and running since them with not a problem.

    We had a young man, David "DK" Klingensmith come to our home from the Dewitt, NY store, to repair our computer problems. What a knowledgeable young man and very customer friendly. He fixed all of our problems in one trip and made sure all of our computers were up to date. A great experience !
