    They guys that come and work on the computer, are great. They ask what is wrong and they fix, and if they can't fix it they will take back with them to the shop. To see what is wrong and if it can be fixed. They are very nice and consituret. That u for the Geek squad.

    The agent was very helpful in helping me install a app similar to "words" so I can have a place to type letters, etc. for free. As for my printer, he checked it out and itcwas good. Explained why my font was large when printing from my phone.

    I went to get Geek Squad help with my 8 month old lap top which was failing to stay connected to wifi and the nice young man who was helping me recommended this ASUS device to take the place of my lap top's wifi card and it works well so far, I say so far because it is a new product I trust the Geek Squad and that is why I'm a total tech member!

    the Geek Squad members that came to my home were fantastic and fixed everything I needed. The ones you get on line, not so much! When they couldn't fix what the problem was the dropped off the line and unless you were sitting in front of the computer and checked, you didn't know!! Wasted 4 hours with them.
