Great service experience
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Jared did a fantastic job, first assessing the problem, then determining the perfect solution, developing a convenient service time frame and installing everything with ease, explaining everything with patience. We're really happy with the whole home wifi system and the extra solution for the older not-smart television. Very satisfied with the products and the tech service.

Very knowledgeable and fast repair !

What a knowledgeable young man and very customer friendly. He fixed all of our problems in one trip and made sure all of our computers were up to date. A great experience !

They ran tests to be sure that everything functioned as it was supposed and gave me some training.

Geek Squad members at my home fixed it all.

The ones you get on line, not so much! When they couldn't fix what the problem was the dropped off the line and unless you were sitting in front of the computer and checked, you didn't know!! Wasted 4 hours with them.

I thought my router was going to need replaced, unplugged the router for 15 seconds, plugged it back in all my problems disappeared. Thanks

Marvin and G’town Parkway folks

I was literally so frustrated by the issues with the Poplar Avenue location that I was prepared to cancel my membership to Totaltech. Marvin changed that.
