Got me up and running quickly plus synced other equipment saving me time and stress.

The agent was very knowledgeable and nice. She was patent and answered questions.

THEY WERE ON TIME. AND HAD MY COMPUTER RUNNING AS IT SHOULD BE.

They guys that come and work on the computer, are great. They ask what is wrong and they fix, and if they can't fix it they will take back with them to the shop. To see what is wrong and if it can be fixed. They are very nice and consituret. That u for the Geek squad.

The service was very good and the technician was on time. However, I began to experience the same problem I solicited service for about a few weeks later.

The agent, Ben, set my computer up and downloaded all that he could from my old computer. He connected my wifi to it and got me set up with my printer. He took the time to download all my photos. Which were so many that he actually came back to finish up, it took almost 2 hours to download them all.

Raymond set up my new laptop by transferring all my information from my very old desktop! He also linked my laptop to my printer. He answered lots of questions for this old girl who is not tech savy without talking down to me! I really appreciated all his help and pleasant personality! He has even followed up with me on other questions that came up after his visit! That is much appreciated!

The service was prompt, courteous and very efficient.

Brian was an excellent communicator, kept the appt and fixed the problem we had. As a matter of fact he called the day before the appt and told us when he would be here and called again the day of the appt and said he was on the way. You need to keep this guy he is excellent and there R not many people around like him.

Daniel is our latest and a great tech. I've been satisfied with home tech but had a bad experience in the Willow Grove, PA store. We ordered all new equipment via Daniel and he's helping us so that's fine. Thank you Robin Adelman
