    Brian was an excellent communicator, kept the appt and fixed the problem we had. As a matter of fact he called the day before the appt and told us when he would be here and called again the day of the appt and said he was on the way. You need to keep this guy he is excellent and there R not many people around like him.

    The agent completed my annual update for my desktop PC downloaded and reinstalled my printer software. Something I didn’t know could be done. Updated my scanner and showed me how to use it as well as connect my earphones all of which I was having problems with. The only thing I didn’t get was printed instructions on how to use everything via an email. The Agent was very knowledgeable . Thanks Greek Squad

    While the GeekSquad member came on time and fix the connectivity issues with my Samsung TV and Bose Soundbar 900, it stopped connecting again within just a few hrs.
