The agent was very helpful in helping me install a app similar to "words" so I can have a place to type letters, etc. for free. As for my printer, he checked it out and itcwas good. Explained why my font was large when printing from my phone.

Geek Squad agent came to my home because my new printer was making streaks when printing documents. Turns out that I had not changed the ink cartridges that came with the printer to the new ones sent to me by the manufacturer. (I sure felt like an idiot.)

The tech was kind and knowledgeable, but the communication between two laptops was not resolved. A few days after the visit, I located the credentials of the old laptop. That was my mistake, not the tech. Last week I took the new laptop to the Best Buy desk and the issue was resolved in 5 minutes. The credentials for the new laptop were also unknown by the original tech but easily displayed in Credential Manager last week.

On 1/22/16 Brian froom the Salem,NH store to repair my desh top pc. It wasnt doing a thing...just a blue screen, After3 hours, It was back to normal. He also installed windows 10, and msn premium He is a wonderfull tech!

JC installed the cooler quickly and it works perfectly.

Printer wouldn't print out a contract. Had to wait 2 days for the appointment! Not good! Contract wouldn't print out because time lapsed!! I was informed that I may have to replace my Canon printer. Printer has been working for my other documents now.

The Geek Squad came to install a new wireless printer, tuneup the computer, AND our router for some unknown reason lost the login and password. We have not been able to run the updates for almost 2 years. Carlos did a great job. Did all that work in a little over an hour. Jen relies on the computer for her insurance business. She could not work withoutthe whole system working.
