I find that the ambiguity of service to be frustrating. A customer rep in your store told me that you now longer do house calls, in spite of my having had one the previous Saturday. My last service call had a 12-hour window -- incredible! The Geek Squad member called, narrowing the time to four hours. Granted, he was worth the wait, but this kind of service is annoying.

The service rendered by the Geek Squad Agent was outstanding. He was friendly and polite and yet professional. Very knowledgeable and made me feel as a customer that I mattered. Best Buy Geek Squad definitely is fortunate to have someone of Jorge's caliber on their team. A real asset.

The agents were great at giving me clear realistic estimates and explainations of the process. They kept in touch when there was a change, the only complaint is that no one called when the second change needed to be conveyed ( change in estimated price.) I had to call into the geek squad number.

Raymond set up my new laptop by transferring all my information from my very old desktop! He also linked my laptop to my printer. He answered lots of questions for this old girl who is not tech savy without talking down to me! I really appreciated all his help and pleasant personality! He has even followed up with me on other questions that came up after his visit! That is much appreciated!

Tyler from the Redding Geek Squad has been my 'go to' guy from the Geek Squad. He has always been so helpful and knowledgeable..and fast to get things up to par that I had stressed about! He enjoys what he does and he is fun to talk to.
