our tablet was running extremely slow. the geek squad updated all policies and ran a diagnostics and other stuff I dont know about. the results are that the tablet is operating like before. I am pleased with the results and the response.

Our tech was phenomenal!!! Too bad Geek Squad is doing away with their in-home assistance. It was far more effective to have the tech see the issue first hand rather try to fix a problem based solely off a conversation.

The agent Fixed our external video device so it play dvds. And he showed us how to move our photos around. And he showed me how to display my photos from my phone on our monitor so I can free up the data on my phone.

The agent took care of all my issues and got my printer set up and going.

The geek squad was fantastic and efficient and knowledgeable in repairing and fixing along with reviewing everything with me on my error on my computer as I told them I am computer ignorant and caused the problem.

the agent was very professional and had my tv back up and running in no time and explained the clicker to me since none off that comes with a guidence booklet any longer. since elder people did not grow up with "tech" so to speak it is hard for "us" to figure things out.. but this young man explained it just right and I am now a happy camper. The Geek Squad came to install a new wireless printer, tuneup the computer, AND our router for some unknown reason lost the login and password. We have not been able to run the updates for almost 2 years. Carlos did a great job. Did all that work in a little over an hour. Jen relies on the computer for her insurance business. She could not work withoutthe whole system working.
