Excellent in home Geek Squad Service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Our in home rep was Loren He was wonderful !! We had him fix two computers two phones and three TVs. He is a genius ! everything was working great when he finished and my husband and I just loved him ! He was so friendly and easy going and really knew what he was doing. If we ever need help again, we want LOREN !

TO SERVE OR NOT TO SERVE -- THAT IS THE QUESTION

A customer rep in your store told me that you now longer do house calls, in spite of my having had one the previous Saturday. My last service call had a 12-hour window -- incredible! The Geek Squad member called, narrowing the time to four hours. Granted, he was worth the wait, but this kind of service is annoying.

He was friendly and polite and yet professional. Very knowledgeable and made me feel as a customer that I mattered. Best Buy Geek Squad definitely is fortunate to have someone of Jorge's caliber on their team. A real asset.

Clear information and honest estimates.

They kept in touch when there was a change, the only complaint is that no one called when the second change needed to be conveyed ( change in estimated price.) I had to call into the geek squad number.

geek squad put my tv into the running Thank you.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the agent was very professional and had my tv back up and running in no time and explained the clicker to me since none off that comes with a guidence booklet any longer. since elder people did not grow up with "tech" so to speak it is hard for "us" to figure things out.. but this young man explained it just right and I am now a happy camper. Thank you.

Geek Squad Helped with improving our sound.

Kristen was very helpful and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help resolve my son's needs.

In Home Tech Service

Something I didn’t know could be done. Updated my scanner and showed me how to use it as well as connect my earphones all of which I was having problems with. The only thing I didn’t get was printed instructions on how to use everything via an email. The Agent was very knowledgeable . Thanks Greek Squad
