Fast response great knowledge of equipment highly recommend

This review is in regards to Jorge Ortiz who came to our home on 12/02/21 to service our computer. We were having some issues with it and he was very efficient in providing us the help we needed. We have had Jorge come to our home many times to help with issues with our computer, he is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and answers all our questions in a way that we can understand.

We saw a Geek Squad member for a problem I was having with my i-phone (everything was appearing double); he new instantly what to do, and corrected it within seconds. My husband had a problem with his i-pad, and that was also instantly corrected. The agent was so polite and so understanding, as well as extremely knowledgeable.

++James was wonderful... he explained everything and is going to bring me an additional thing to increase the available plug in things for my computer. Told me if I had additional questions to write them down and he would deal with them when he returned. I am really basic when it comes to my computer and really need the Geek squad to keep me operational.

Alan, my Geek Squad representative, was so helpful to me. He was professional, courteous, took the time to explain the new functions of this printer - ps my other printer was 10 years - which was very helpful to me. He offered to help me whenever I need extra support!!

Tom was very Professional, Knowledgeable, persevered with my internet contact, treated me like a customer, and solved my problem. My computer is now working to my complete satisfaction. I will renew my service contract when it comes due and look to the West Paterson Geek Squad for help if I need it.

Since there's no owner's manual, I tried to follow the short how-to brochure directions. I clicked too many buttons on my readout screen, so the Geek Squad rep had his work cut out for him. Patience won out, and my printer was ready to go again, thanks to the Geek Squad rep. That describes both the support and repair in this title.

I have signed up for the Geek Squad service since i purchased a new computer and pronter for my home office. It has been the best service I experienced on my home office. I have Daniel Padilla come to my home and helped me setting up my computer in my home office. He is the best tech support i ever had.

The agent resolved my issue very quickly and was very knowledgeable.

He adjusted and cleaned up several devices and gave us educated instruction on the use. Highly recommend and advise subscription to the tech protection plan. Really love the convenience of one source maintenance that you can have confidence in the work performed.

The technician was absolutely excellent in his skills and personality. He solved our problems masterfully and with patience. We were very grateful to have someone that skillful at our home. He deserves a raise.

The techs at Geek Squad are awesome! I've had a lot of issues with several of my computers the past several weeks and each time I schedule an appointment you are able to fix them all. Big shout out to Dominic. He is the tech that I've been fortunate to use the past several visits and he always quickly diagnosis the issues and fixes the problem.
