Tech refreshed my pc and rehooked printer. Good service.

I have signed up for the Geek Squad service since i purchased a new computer and pronter for my home office. It has been the best service I experienced on my home office. I have Daniel Padilla come to my home and helped me setting up my computer in my home office. He is the best tech support i ever had.

Took care of my printer problem. Jeremy is super knowledgeable!

He worked on my lap top that has been a problem since I bought it. He fixed my problem and explained why he could not fix a different one. I have to contact my Internet provider to fix it. He was very helpful to me. Very professional. clear, made it understandable

We saw a Geek Squad member for a problem I was having with my i-phone (everything was appearing double); he new instantly what to do, and corrected it within seconds. My husband had a problem with his i-pad, and that was also instantly corrected. The agent was so polite and so understanding, as well as extremely knowledgeable.

Everone was polite and professional. During the process of having Bestbuy put my sons gaming computer together I had gotten a bit short with one of the associates and they were so patient and calm with me. Thank you

Agent gave a general tune up/ check over for assuring computer was running properly and having protectors that were needed for viruses and what not. He also helped get rid of pop ups.

The young man who came to my house to fix my computer was very kind and helpful. He did not make me feel as stupid as I am when it comes to computers. He explained what was wrong with it and assured me it wasn't anything I did,

The gentlemen were pleasant and knowledgeable. I was not happy, however when I found the service agreement that we paid for no longer covers in-home service. We will be cancelling it and will never pay for that again.

I have used them a few times now. They are always friendly and informative. They get the job done in a timely manner and clean up after they are finished along with getting rid of any boxes etc.

The Technical Support associate came to my home to assist with set-up of my new lap-top. He worked with me to "make it fit my needs" and make it faster and easier to find what I wanted. I really appreciated his visit and will request him if I need additional assistance.

Since there's no owner's manual, I tried to follow the short how-to brochure directions. I clicked too many buttons on my readout screen, so the Geek Squad rep had his work cut out for him. Patience won out, and my printer was ready to go again, thanks to the Geek Squad rep. That describes both the support and repair in this title.
