The agent sat down at my computer and said your hard drive is shot . You will need to get a new hard drive. My computer was an Asus and 8 years old so I asked him if i should just get a new computer and he suggested an all in one. Not too friendly and very matter of fact.

The agent helped me to learn how to download photos from my phone and camera. She also explained and helped my set up a Bluetooth music device. I am a senior lady and besides explaining, she wrote down instructions for me to use in the future.

This review is in regards to Jorge Ortiz who came to our home on 12/02/21 to service our computer. We were having some issues with it and he was very efficient in providing us the help we needed. We have had Jorge come to our home many times to help with issues with our computer, he is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and answers all our questions in a way that we can understand.

The techs at Geek Squad are awesome! I've had a lot of issues with several of my computers the past several weeks and each time I schedule an appointment you are able to fix them all. Big shout out to Dominic. He is the tech that I've been fortunate to use the past several visits and he always quickly diagnosis the issues and fixes the problem.

On 1/22/16 Brian froom the Salem,NH store to repair my desh top pc. It wasnt doing a thing...just a blue screen, After3 hours, It was back to normal. He also installed windows 10, and msn premium He is a wonderfull tech!

Agent quickly found software glitch that was causing my computer to freeze up. He also ran a scan and cleaned out a lot of junk files. He was very knowledgeable and calm, easy to talk to. Very impressed by him.
