IDID NOT TRUST MYSELF OR MY COMPUTER. GEEK SQUAD CHECKED IT ALL OUT REMOTELY, AND THEN IN PERSON WITH ALL MY PROBLEMS, NOT ONLYON MY DESKTOP, BUT MY LAPTOP AND CELL PHONE, TOO, I AM GRATEFUL FOR THEIR EXPERTISE, COURTESY, AND TRUSTWORTHINESS.

Geek Squad fixed my computer after being HacKed.

When I have a problem, the Geek Squad is on call to provide the help that is necessary. I feel like a have someone to call to solve my problem which is great!G

I can now scan things from my computer which is very important to me. And my email did not show my address book from my old computer. The agent fixed that, too, and my address book is now there. Things are working very well now.

Geek Squad checked my computer

You will need to get a new hard drive. My computer was an Asus and 8 years old so I asked him if i should just get a new computer and he suggested an all in one. Not too friendly and very matter of fact.

GOOD JOB EXCEPT I CAN'T REACH THE SQUAD BY PHONE!

MY PROBLEM is new things have popped up that need attention and the phone number is always either busy or nobody answers for me to get a Geek Guy to virtually handle the problem. No need for a home visit but I don't know what to do.
