Geek Squad Rep., Jesse Sutherland, was here and in a matter if minutes determined that the "computer problem" was actually a problem with the screen. We asked him what he would recommend and he looked on the Best Buy site and found one that fits in the space we have. It was here in just a couple of days and we're back in business!

The Geek Guy knew what he was doing and did it well. MY PROBLEM is new things have popped up that need attention and the phone number is always either busy or nobody answers for me to get a Geek Guy to virtually handle the problem. No need for a home visit but I don't know what to do.

The Agent cleared my computer frozen "Dont turn off your computer,call this number".and then checked everything.and my cellphone connevtion to my printer now works well too.

The Geek Squad turned a terrible situation (hacker took over my Email) and the geek squad was able to correct the problem and add safety features that help to protect in the future. He also explained everything he did so that I would feel comfortable going forward.

The agent removed my old computer at work and transferred my files and data to the new computer bought at Best Buy. He also installed a new monitor and connected the dual monitor set up. He was very helpful and answered all questions I had with the new system.

Person came out and tried to see if my problem could be fixed. Unfortunately, he tried different ways but could not reduce the noise from the computer as it is an old desktop and nothing could be done. He did some other things to clean-up the computer which helped a little.

I WAS TRAUMATIZED BY MY COMMPUTER HACKING ON EASTER SUNDAY, HOW CLOSE i CAME TO BEING SCAMMED. IDID NOT TRUST MYSELF OR MY COMPUTER. The agent reviewed my computer and determined that it needed a new keyboard and mouse. I had a balance problem, and the agent went to Best Buy, obtained the keyboard and mouse and installed both. Very pleased with the service.
