Geek squad agent reviewed original transfer of files from a windows laptop to a new MacBook that had been performed upon purchase and simplified my ability to find files. Made suggestions how I could further clean up my files. Helped me with dealing with Apple functions that are different than those on Windows laptops.

Glad I had Richard come to the house. He is so knowledgeable.

Agent gave a general tune up/ check over for assuring computer was running properly and having protectors that were needed for viruses and what not. He also helped get rid of pop ups.

The Geek Squad turned a terrible situation (hacker took over my Email) and the geek squad was able to correct the problem and add safety features that help to protect in the future. He also explained everything he did so that I would feel comfortable going forward.

Appreciated the on time appointment and then being able to speak with a knowlegeable representative. Came to have my laptop issue resolved. In the process, the representative also provided deeper insight into my wife's ipad, which was a welcome advice.

Geek Squad has been a blessing to me. Recently widowed it was necessary to have this support for my computer purchase and hardware for all TVs in my home. Julie Bray cleaned up my compromised laptop and on a second appointment duplicated all the files onto a second computer. She explained what she was doing as she went and answered all my questions to my satisfaction,

Person came out and tried to see if my problem could be fixed. Unfortunately, he tried different ways but could not reduce the noise from the computer as it is an old desktop and nothing could be done. He did some other things to clean-up the computer which helped a little.

Agent quickly found software glitch that was causing my computer to freeze up. He also ran a scan and cleaned out a lot of junk files. He was very knowledgeable and calm, easy to talk to. Very impressed by him.

The Geeks installed an eero mesh wifi router, Ring Doorbell and 2 other cameras. They had originally came out foor a consultation then the installation. Arrived on time for all appointments and everything is working.

The agent removed my old computer at work and transferred my files and data to the new computer bought at Best Buy. He also installed a new monitor and connected the dual monitor set up. He was very helpful and answered all questions I had with the new system.

Geek Squad Agent was on time, quick, knowledgeable and thorough in bringing my PC back to optimal performance and cleaning up the state of my hard drive. Additionally, he recommended a minor upgrade to my system RAM to improve overall performance. Well worth the time and maintenance of my support services with Best Buy.
