    Daren did such a great job explaining how my system worked and hooking up the laptop, my current printer, and the internet. He also recommended that I purchase a new keyboard and mouse for the laptop, as the one I had was not compatable.

    Geek squad agent reviewed original transfer of files from a windows laptop to a new MacBook that had been performed upon purchase and simplified my ability to find files. Made suggestions how I could further clean up my files. Helped me with dealing with Apple functions that are different than those on Windows laptops.

    At age 88 I know how to use a compter, bt m technically ignorant. I don't know what I would hve one without the Geek Squad. There were time when i gotdisillusioned but in the end the problems were ultimately solved.

    Geek Squad has been a blessing to me. Recently widowed it was necessary to have this support for my computer purchase and hardware for all TVs in my home. Jarrod for computer and Chris for Tv support. Both were extremely courteous, helpful, and patient with me. Do not know what I would have done if not for Geek Squad

    The Geek Squad visited my home to merge my desktop PC's hard drive with the operating system and remove some files with names too long to handle. Took about 20-30 minutes and had my system back in full operating condition and in perfect order...Excellent in home support...

    Geek Squad Agent was on time, quick, knowledgeable and thorough in bringing my PC back to optimal performance and cleaning up the state of my hard drive. Additionally, he recommended a minor upgrade to my system RAM to improve overall performance. Well worth the time and maintenance of my support services with Best Buy.
