I want to praise the technician's expertise and ability to help establish my new TV, as well as re-establish my older TV to working order. The work was done quickly and with care. The professionalism and courtesy of the Geek Squad technician was also much appreciated.

The Agent that installed my printer was wonderful!

Mikhial hooked up my printer to the computer. I had a new hard drive put in and the copier was not connected. He knew immediately what the problem was. He also helped me with a couple of other questions I had because of the program installation. He was very nice, very respectful and very knowledgeable about my problems.

Josh was able to get my computer working again. He also let me know that the technician from Suddenlink who supposedly helped me apparently had no idea what he was talking about because he told me that my router wasn't working. However, that was not true because if the router hadn't been working, my streaming tv also would not be working.

The Geek Squad visited my home to merge my desktop PC's hard drive with the operating system and remove some files with names too long to handle. Took about 20-30 minutes and had my system back in full operating condition and in perfect order...Excellent in home support...

Daren did such a great job explaining how my system worked and hooking up the laptop, my current printer, and the internet. He also recommended that I purchase a new keyboard and mouse for the laptop, as the one I had was not compatable.

The agent was very helpful and made some adjustments to my computer that corrected the problem. My computer is working great now.

The lead technician and her assistant arrived on time, unboxed our new TV and completed the setup with no issues. They also carried our old TV to a storage area for me and briefed us on how the new system works (configured the set to work just like the old one so we don't have to deal with learning how to get started with the new set.

The agent reviewed my computer and determined that it needed a new keyboard and mouse. I had a balance problem, and the agent went to Best Buy, obtained the keyboard and mouse and installed both. Very pleased with the service.

the agent was patient and very nice. He explained that my problem was not their eero system. Even though he explained it is still over my head. Apparently more about Xfinity poor service? Not really sure.

I have mixed feelings about the Geek squad. The first member got upset because he could not come while I was at work. The second member came out a week later and got the printer to work but it stopped working a few days later. This time I reset it myself and now it works fine. Guess I never needed the Geek squad.
