I have mixed feelings about the Geek squad. The first member got upset because he could not come while I was at work. The second member came out a week later and got the printer to work but it stopped working a few days later. This time I reset it myself and now it works fine. Guess I never needed the Geek squad.

Geek Squad agent quickly restored my missing e-mail on my MacBook Pro after a faulty update on Yahoo/AT&T. HP printer also working oddly & I thought I might have to replace it, but Geek Squad agent didn't give up & got it working perfectly again. 5 star rating in my book!!

the geek squad agent came and installed security cameras, and did a great job, agent Aaron did an excellent job ,that's why I buy all my tec equipment from best buy. the security cameras work great, and also would advise anybody to get totaltec.

Fast and easy repair on how to unsync chrome book.

The agents were not able to correct the problem but, I think tried very hard. I was given an "in Home" appointment so I am pleased with the help that was offered. I have depended on Geek Squad for a long time and am very grateful for the help provided. Have nothing but good to say about your agents.

The agent did a good job. He put my computer together and got it working for me.

Everything was hooked up and working well. For the small TV the sound had a puny poor quality to it. They suggested purchasing two small speakers for it and now it sounds like a first rate TV.

I have come to rely on the Geek Squad service for maintenance on my All-In-One-Computer. I will never be without this service in the future; it gives me such peace of mind. I am getting ready to purchase a new TV from Best Buy and I am worry free about it because the Squad will come and help me if I should need it.

The agent (Bobby) was able to repair both of our desktop computers that were experiencing some recurring software problems that required in-home servicing. Bobby was very knowledgeable and personable, and knew exactly what was needed to complete the servicing.
