Your technician was very good and helpful. I need to come over their and change my Drive.

Noted my PC had problems coming on through my Kinivo set up and using TV as monitor. Rebooting helped but slow. Previously had GS set up home theater. Michael came in advance if scheduled time and immediately knew it was internal computer problem. He ran the diagnostics, recommended getting new PC vs motherboard check vs reinstalling OS and software. Easy to understand, patient with my senior moments. Highly recommend Michael. Could not have been nicer.

the geek squad agent came and installed security cameras, and did a great job, agent Aaron did an excellent job ,that's why I buy all my tec equipment from best buy. the security cameras work great, and also would advise anybody to get totaltec.

The agent (Bobby) was able to repair both of our desktop computers that were experiencing some recurring software problems that required in-home servicing. Bobby was very knowledgeable and personable, and knew exactly what was needed to complete the servicing.

Both GS agents who have helped with an upcoming repair have been outstanding, from taking initiative to reach out and follow up directly, to full follow-through, it has finally been a very satisfying experience and successful outcome. Can't say that has always been my experience, especially with tech support.

After I Made the appointment for repair, Roy called to verify appointment. Then the day of appointment he called to say they would arrive in 25 minutes, which they did. Repaired the problem and then later that day called to make sure everything was still working. GREAT SERVICE!

While shopping for sonos speakers, Brandon came over and was very pleasant and helpful. I made the purchase with my Best Buy card and I am very satisfied. I thanked Brandon for his patience as he answered all my concerns and explained very vlearly. I walked out happy that I had inquired about sonos.

The agent repaired the detergent dispenser in our washer. He knew exactly what to do, clearly explained everything, and cleaned up the work area before he left. As always, great, professional, and friendly service.

The first agent, Eddie, purchased a HP computer for me and brought it to my home and set it up. The second agent, Rob, explained the new charges levied by Microsoft and helped me to pay them. Then Eddie returned to help with printing documents and transferring my security system to the new machine. GREAT!!!

Loren was awesome and solved my issue! Highly recommend Geek Squad. They are on point and know what they are doing. My desktop had a hardware issue and Loren was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Again I highly recommend Geek Squad!!

The technician worked on our computer to solve the problem of not printing to our printer via Wi-Fi. He was able to get our printer to respond correctly and also removed a piece of software that was giving us concerns. Very satisfied with the work done.

The Geek Squad that came to my house tried to fix my computer problems but were not able to. I had to take my computer to the store. The service was quick. But I was not able to log into my computer once I got it home so I had to take it back. The person that helped me was fast and knowledgable and fixed it right away while I waited. He also had me log in myself 2 times to be sure it was not something I was doing wrong.

Joseph Torres is awesome, more info in his pinky than most people have. Very knowledgable, he makes everything look so easy and simple. I have learned so much from him since my purchase of my new computer from BESTBUY. Thank you so much for Joseph Torres!

When the tech came out, he did a good job. But after he left I had no no internet service on my computer and found he had deleted some of my apps! Since on the phone with carrier, was able to reconnect my internet but had to go back and reinstall apps. I did call him and he called back and advised he thought the apps removed I was not using. Even so, he should have checked with me first!

The agent Juan is very professional and also very knowledgeable. He took his time to explain everything and had my laptop up and running. I would recommend him for employee of the month

The agent was fantastic. We bought a new computer and he "migrated" all my files and pictures from the old computer over to the new one. His help and sincere interest in getting us up and running was above and beyond our expectation.
