Geek squad person was great. Called before he came and was early. Installed my security system. I've recommended the Geek squad to all my friends. It's a great program.

Caleb was able to clear his schedule and come to our home the day after we reported the problem. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He checked over the entire system and did maintenance that we didn't know had to be done.

The technician worked on our computer to solve the problem of not printing to our printer via Wi-Fi. He was able to get our printer to respond correctly and also removed a piece of software that was giving us concerns. Very satisfied with the work done.

I had an Outlook e-mail problem that neither I nor your 800 Geek Squad support group could fix. When my tech (Meghan, I believe) arrived here, she took charge and professionally addresed the problem and made me a thankful Geek Squad Support customer. WELL DONE!!

The agent arrived on time and brought my computer back from "no man's land " "lickety split". Then he explained, in tail, how to prevent a recurrence of the situation that had caused the shut down.

After I Made the appointment for repair, Roy called to verify appointment. Then the day of appointment he called to say they would arrive in 25 minutes, which they did. Repaired the problem and then later that day called to make sure everything was still working. GREAT SERVICE!

The agent was fantastic. We bought a new computer and he "migrated" all my files and pictures from the old computer over to the new one. His help and sincere interest in getting us up and running was above and beyond our expectation.

When the tech came out, he did a good job. But after he left I had no no internet service on my computer and found he had deleted some of my apps! Since on the phone with carrier, was able to reconnect my internet but had to go back and reinstall apps. I did call him and he called back and advised he thought the apps removed I was not using. Even so, he should have checked with me first!

Josh did a wonderful job evaluating and fixing the problems that were occuring with my router .. Pays attention to detail, and is willing to explain what is happening.

The Geek Squad that came to my house tried to fix my computer problems but were not able to. I had to take my computer to the store. The service was quick. But I was not able to log into my computer once I got it home so I had to take it back. The person that helped me was fast and knowledgable and fixed it right away while I waited. He also had me log in myself 2 times to be sure it was not something I was doing wrong.

Had issue with our desk top connecting to internet. technician resolve problem and to the time to tell us how to fix it if it would happy again. Very professional. Would recommend

While shopping for sonos speakers, Brandon came over and was very pleasant and helpful. I made the purchase with my Best Buy card and I am very satisfied. I thanked Brandon for his patience as he answered all my concerns and explained very vlearly. I walked out happy that I had inquired about sonos.
