reconnected my monitor to my computer... great job!

The Gentleman who installed my new computer was informative and professional. I would refer any one of any age to use this gentleman and invite him into their home to feel confident that ALL their computer needs are being met. What a great employee...you are lucky to have him on your team!

They showed up on time were clean, polite, and professional.

Bri in the Jackson, Tn. store is very polite, intelligent, and able to multi task different situations and people without coming unglued. She is definitely an asset to the store and the company. Working with her was such a pleasant experience.

Everything was hooked up and working well. For the small TV the sound had a puny poor quality to it. They suggested purchasing two small speakers for it and now it sounds like a first rate TV.

The Agent was excellent. Knowledgeable! And Fast. Had to switch out HD cable because my old computer was not able to use the existing HD cable (the in put side)

I really appreciate Jake from the Geek Squad. He came to my home and transferred all my files from my old compute to my new computer. Then when I had a problem with a Geek Squad person from on line who lost my home page and a lot of other stuff. Jake came back and fix it all up again.

Greg A Smith was our tech. He was excellent! He was professional and recognized our problem quickly and advised us how to rectify our problem. If we need Geek Squad again we will request Greg. Perfect service with a great attitude and personality.

Andy Williams could not have been better. He handled my inept behavior on computer with elan. His knowledge was top notch and could not have been more patient. He is definitely a keeper.

Joseph attended to the update needs of my aged computer. It has been running great ever since. He also took time to answer a lot of this old lady's question. Many times he even anticipated my thoughts or questions and provided answers before I could even ask the questions!!

The agent arrived on time and brought my computer back from "no man's land " "lickety split". Then he explained, in tail, how to prevent a recurrence of the situation that had caused the shut down.

We had trouble with our internet booster sine we changed internet providers, it did not take long for the tech to figure out how to fix the problem. He was very friendly, cared and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with Geek Squad.

Agent connected the tower up right and put in programs that were supposed to been put in when they did the transfer. Still cannot get the printer to work. Other than that, was happy with the service. My only complaint is, you are so hard to get through to a live agent.

My computer is very good. After calloing Geek Squad and having them dial in started the nightmare. After they transfered me to a person who was special in Outlook made my computer worse after going into it. I had GS come out and he was very helpful restoring it. But had to contact Microsoft to end remaining issues.

Fantastic service. I mean it. I will join next year and probably forever. When I get my list of things I want to do, fix,etc.. sound wasn't working and he figured it out (I have a TV monitor, not a computer monitor! He was able to fix the flashing lights on my keyboard,etc!!

Geek squad person was great. Called before he came and was early. Installed my security system. I've recommended the Geek squad to all my friends. It's a great program.

The in-home service man was knowledgeable and quick. The WiFi card was replaced successfully. I was reminded of the possible overheated battery, and it was recommended that you get the replacement soon.
