I've been very impressed with the tech and how quickly he solves the problem. He's helped me several times and he is always friendly & down to earth. I've never had to wait very long for service. I highly recommend Geek Squad.

Joseph attended to the update needs of my aged computer. It has been running great ever since. He also took time to answer a lot of this old lady's question. Many times he even anticipated my thoughts or questions and provided answers before I could even ask the questions!!

They showed up on time were clean, polite, and professional.

They did not do any service as my TV was under warranty. Contacted Vizio and they sent a tech to do the necessary repair and reset. However, the Best Buy tech was helpful in getting me to the right place.

The agent reconnected my devices to my new printer and taught me how to manage that function if it were to happen again. Appointment was rapidly secured and totally professional. Geek agents are my lifeline.

For someone who's just at the edge of being dangerous with my equipment, I love the support I get when I can't figure something out. Worth every penny and they are always available.

Agent Wilson did a Wonderfull job of getting our new iMac up and running. I was disappointed that the Geek Squad sent us home with a trivial password. My overall communication with the the geek sqard in the store was poor.

Travis is the absolute best Total Tech guy to have come in your home. He is not only VERY smart in technology but so pleasant and friendly. I asked alot of questions and he answered them in terms I could understand and he double checked to make sure I knew my answer.
