Desktop computer, the technician that works on ours is the only person that we accept in our home and is the best of the best! He analyzes it within minutes and completely, thoroughly updates everything including fixes..

They did not do any service as my TV was under warranty. Contacted Vizio and they sent a tech to do the necessary repair and reset. However, the Best Buy tech was helpful in getting me to the right place.
