    Straightened out my computers for my class!

    I had a class online from Chicago last Thursday and the days before, it seemed like nothing on my computers were working. Anthony came and straightened me all out and the class went fabulous. Thank you Anthony, you saved the day!! I needed to use 2 computers for the class.

    The Geek Squad tech expertly installed my new lap top, transferred my files onto a device and returned again to add something, all at no extra charge per my Total Tech program. He also provided his cell phone number if I need additional help.

    The Geek Squad is great at fixing my computer!

    The Geek Squad is great. You can get online assistance where they can access your computer remotely and fix any problems and also can come to your home which is what I did the last time and he fixed at least 3 problems right away. Great way to get up and running again and with peace of mind.

    fixed my computer from recurring advertisement from MacAfee! What a pain in the butt this freaking company is!!!! Once they embed their buts in your computer they WILL NOT GO AWAY. Do not click on any of their ads to investigate their prices etc.

    The best thing I ever did was signup for Geek Squad. Worth every penny. The people are the greatest both in chico store and home service. It's because of them that we purchased a 4th PC.

    Michael arrived as scheduled. Very knowledgeable. Was able to install Micosoft office which is not straightforward. Also made a few other changes not originally requested. Everything is working great.

    The technician who came to the house was very considerate of our thoughts and what our problems were, he answered every questions and went over every item that needed addressing several times to insure we understood everything. Geek Squad technicians are always good to work with and personable.

    Geek Squad agent checked my iMAC for any remaining vulnerabilities following a hacking. He was very helpful and gave me information on other forms of scams and hacking and how to deal with them.

    Geek Squad fixed my WiFi problem

    Geek Squad member James was incredible and was able to fix a problem another company had created. However, I have been a Geek Squad member for many years and I am really tired of having to wait so long each time for an appointment. Plus you almost have to beg to get an in-house appt. This recent increase in fees and decrease in services has really caused me to start looking around for another service. Best Buy's rules and regs get to be very annoying. There is no service that is easy. Any time I have to call to talk to someone it takes at least 45 min to an hour just to wait on hold before you finally get to an IT person! It is beyond annoying and I supposed is accepted by the community since there is no other comparable service.

    Best Best Buy Tech ever. Made suggestions for new products which I will buy today. Explained what was wrong with computer and printer hookup. Fixed laptop problem that another repair guy did. (NOT BEST BUY)

    Help I have the blue screen of death

    I have the blue screen of death appear on my computer. So I called the Geek Squad and did part of it online and then they came out to see if they could revive my computer and he did. I decided I wasn’t going to wait any longer to get a new one so I went the next day and bought a new one
