My inhome service visit served my intended purpose! My issue was fulfilled!

The agent cleaned out cleaned out my laptop and iPad on one visit. Another visit got my sound bar working. In both cases Dillon Dixon was efficient, provided an explanation and was most helpful. He is a true asset to Best Buy. Would specifically request him for future needs.

Matthew Van Gorder is a star--his personality, communication skills and clear technical expertise are exceptional. If I was still hiring people I would hire him away, get him ay training or college he needs and mentor him. I have hired over 2000 people in my life and Matthew is a special one.

The “Geek” installed our firestick, connected it to my Amazon account And showed me how to use it. In addition, she connected our devices to our new wireless printer!! Professional, courteous, and personable.

This is beneficial to me so that I don't have to try and undo my hard drive when a repair can't be fixed remotely.

Looked at computer and laptop to see is compatible for screen viewing. However he discovered that I had an older desktop monitor and said to go get just a monitor a name brand one for under $100 and he showed me what Best Bye has.

Great! The guys were able to fix my problems and show me how to eliminate another problem I had. Best of all, they came to my home instead of having me come into the store. I have mobility issues and this was a GOD SEND help.

The agent is very customer service oriented. He is patient and explains what he is doing. He answered my questions in a manner that a retired senior citizen can understand.

The agent checked out my PC and made some minor repairs. He answered all my questions and made adjustments so I could continue using it. I thought I had addressed all my problems but I have found more problems so am planning to take unit to the store and also check out a new PC.

Our geek Squad Agent Ricardo was fantastic! We was on time and he really knows his electronics , he answered all of our questions and "fixed" a unique & major issue with our machine in short order. Really glad we have Total Tech. Best Buy is the best, one stop sales & service.

Geek Squad determined email issues, Explained how Microsoft doesn’t consider MAC issues using Microsoft Outlook as important to remedy email FONT problems

The geek squad representative was very patient and helped us cleanup our computer files and programs so that the system ran better and we could find what we needed too.

Chad set up my new computer for me and went above and beyond explaining things to me. I always request Chad if I need help with my computer!

Alec Magee was tech. He did a super job! Explained what he did. Recommended another monitor should NOT be HDMI. Can't remember why though.

Best Buy agent was extremely understanding of assisting me to coordinate my gadgets with the internet, wireless printer & Alexa. He answered all my questions and showed my how to understand the features on my new phone. He also reviewed my laptop and made sure it was more secure.

David is the best. What I like—once he finishes installing or repairing he makes sure YOU understand and answer all your questions.
