Alec Magee was tech. He did a super job! Explained what he did. Recommended another monitor should NOT be HDMI. Can't remember why though.

Tech was arrived on time and was very courteous. Explained the issues with my computer that I understood and made reasonable recommendations regarding upgrades or new purchase.

The agent determined that my computer was not compatible with the software they had advised me to purchase. I'm giving 5 stars bc I was also advised to return the software and was fully refunded for the software.

Installed a new router from my internet service. Could not have done this without their help even though internet company said it was changing router out. Not so. Truly appreciated their time and effort.

Great service. This call was to update my computer including installing Windows 11. Technician Ryan was fast and all the upgrades were running smoothly by the time he left. Mr. Scott gave me a quick run-through of all the new features.

Technician provided excellent technical support and went beyond the problem to help me understand how to better utilize my computer and avoid additional problem in the future.

I love my computer. However, my Outlook is still mixed up so I am using my gmail account with Outlook. Still getting used to things, but the computer itself is great.

The remote Gerk Squad service removed a problem I encountered on the web. Then I asked them to do a remote clean up. Very effective.
