Once again Jerome got the installation of my printer done with efficiency and humor. It is delightful to work with him once again.

It would be a more helpful to me it the tech were a little more communicative. I know what they did to assist us was not a difficult task but if the tech could actually had explained or talked about the task and not just complete the task, which took very little time, it would be more helpful for me to understand.

Cody the tech expert, very knowledgeable and patient. Fixed my computer and printer. Will definitely request him with any future issues.

The sales agent who assisted me in my purchase at the store was excellent. She went above and beyond in assisting me. My only criticism, not of the store agent, is that I had been looking at this item online and was told that it would be ready for store pickup within an hour. The reality was that it was delivered in four days.

The interaction took place over a month ago and I don't recall for which issue as I've had many lately. I'm sure there was no disappointment at the time. Can't recall an instance when anyone was not professional, engaging and helpful.

The agent cleaned the fan on my laptop with canned air. So far it has been fine since then. He said if I need to replace the fan, I could order the part and he could come and install it. That sounded good to me.

The Geek Squad member spent a larger than usual amount of time trying to identify the source of the problem. The problem isn't solved, but the solution is --which I will followup to purchase and have the Geek Squad come back to install.

Geek Squad pros are the best. I do not give my equipment to anyone other than Geek Squad to repair. Whenever I have had problems with any of my laptops, they always solve them quickly and without having to pay a lot of money.

The representative showed up on time and diligently went to work with the project I had planned. He stayed on task and then reviewed what he had done with me. Very impressed with the representative.

The agent Sam (Alexandria, LA) sold us an HP desktop computer. The agents, Anthony and Billy (Alexandria, LA) transferred our data from old computer to new one. All agents were Excellent

Best Buy Tech did his best to give me a little more use from my HP but it was time to replace. He helped me choose one that would work for my needs and the DVD writer also an easy store Back Up.

I am totally pleased with the Geek Squad. They’ve flawlessly installed smart locks and two Frame TVs—and rushed to my aid when a new computer monitor was misbehaving. Wonderful concierge-quality service.

Installed a new router from my internet service. Could not have done this without their help even though internet company said it was changing router out. Not so. Truly appreciated their time and effort.

Gene is great & so knowledgeable !! Can ask him any question & he can always solve my problem in short amount of time. He is EXCELLENT!

Daniel did an excellent job of correcting my computer issue/Bluetooth issue. He showed up when he said he would. He was courteous and respectful!!!

The agent determined that my computer was not compatible with the software they had advised me to purchase. I'm giving 5 stars bc I was also advised to return the software and was fully refunded for the software.

The guys that came out and set up our new computer were very knowledagable and professional. They also helped me with Windows11 because it was so different than Windows10
