Edgar was very patient as I explained my issues with my television, he proceeded to check out the problem, tested different ways to resolve the problem.

Needed help with a new desk top monitor. Geek squad came through again and using simple language explained that if you leave the monitor in sleep mode the screen will not be ruined. The new screen goes into a stand by mode.

The technician was very proficient and friendly. He corrected the problem and even provided important information that will enhance our system

Kaitlyn listened to my problem & took action to troubleshoot, looking for issues with my desktop computer. She tweaked a couple of things & it has behaved normally ever since.

The agents solved the sound problem between my Bose speaker and TV, the short shutoff time the TV would stay on, and instructed on how to operate one remote for all the connections.

The agent determined that my printer had a firmware problem and since it was not even a year old, set up for me to take to the store for an even exchange on a new one. An agent came back out and installed the new printer.
