I had to change my wi-fi modem , so I needed extra help to upload my wireless extender to another building, well done I made the right decision.

Roger is an outstanding service rep. I highly recommend his home service efficiency. He did a superb job fixing all of my issues and recommending further fixes I can do on my own. Super nice guy too!

Tech kept me aware of the appointment scheduled time. Call to advise me that the weather had become too bad for him to make the appointment. Called the same afternoon to schedule a new date and time.

Fixed computer issue. Our computer developed issues with my husband's email account. We couldn't solve the issue following Microsoft directions. A call to Best Buy help, an appointment set, tech arrived, easily solved the problem. Very happy customer!

The agents solved the sound problem between my Bose speaker and TV, the short shutoff time the TV would stay on, and instructed on how to operate one remote for all the connections.

Technician who came to fix/troubleshoot my iMac seemed to do a thorough exam, made recommendations for improvement of device service. She was very cordial and stayed focused on the issue at hand.

Fixed a problem with connectivity...but that is all...seems for the yearly price if you have in home computer repair, that the tech would do more than a 10 minute fix, and turn it over to remote. Maybe take cover off, vacuum, test a few things. Preventive maint...check connections,etc

Kaitlyn listened to my problem & took action to troubleshoot, looking for issues with my desktop computer. She tweaked a couple of things & it has behaved normally ever since.

Geek Squad Agent came to the house and found some of the software updates had not been downloading and updating automatically and got everything reset and working. Great cusotmer service.
