Reinstalled my new computer which came with WINDOWS 11 and my older computer had WINDOWS 10 and made a big difference.

Fixed a problem with connectivity...but that is all...seems for the yearly price if you have in home computer repair, that the tech would do more than a 10 minute fix, and turn it over to remote. Maybe take cover off, vacuum, test a few things. Preventive maint...check connections,etc

The Geek Squad agent mounted our Google Nest outdoor camera and solar panel. It worked great for about a month, then stopped working. As a TotalTech customer, I called to have another Geek Squad agent check it out. Cassidy (Geek Squad agent) said that the camera may have stopped working because of cold temps, and suggested I call again when it was warmer. I called again, and got the run around from the off shore call center rep, but was finally able to get a Geek Squad agent scheduled for 06/05/24 - 6 weeks out. The Geek Squad can (and should) do better!!

A substitute geek Squad came when the scheduled guy had a car problem. Great service, extra mile to sort out ny potentiall hacked devices.

Erik was on time and very friendly. He answered all my questions and explained things clearly. When he left, my old computer was working well.

Fixed computer issue. Our computer developed issues with my husband's email account. We couldn't solve the issue following Microsoft directions. A call to Best Buy help, an appointment set, tech arrived, easily solved the problem. Very happy customer!
