I’m older and not tech savvy, so Geek Squad is on speed dial. They are always so nice and professional! I don’t know what I’d do without them. Worth every penny!

The agent reconnected my laptop to the server printer and taught me how it is done in case the problem happens again.

My computer would not go to sleep. After the tech left I decided to change the sleep time and then it went back to the original problem. Did not sleep. I had to call the geek squad and found out I needed to do some updates. It now goes to sleep. I think that should have been explained when the tech was here

I had great service. The tech delivered and set up a new TV. He did a fantastic job! I like having the same tech as he knows the electronics I have and those he has maintained or new ones. I am a member and would not be without it.

The agent made sure my equipment was installed properly and helped me locate and utilize some of the programming I was unclear about the functions. I was thoroughly pleased.

In-home computer fix. Wish I could remember the tech's name but he was beyond fantastic. Currently trying to figure out if the updated rules in the Total Tech Support have changed to include in-home computer service?

The agent first reviewed current printer to verify it would not be worth fixing due to age and cost. Also different cartridges are being used now.
