The agent had set me up for an appointment to have my computer wiped clean of its previous information. The agent filled out the paperwork, set an appointment for pick-up and made certain that all was understood. Well done.

My computer would not go to sleep. After the tech left I decided to change the sleep time and then it went back to the original problem. Did not sleep. I had to call the geek squad and found out I needed to do some updates. It now goes to sleep. I think that should have been explained when the tech was here
