Love the help given by the Geek Squad. Absolutely abhor the process we have to go through to schedule someone. Even the workers cannot stand it!

The technician was patient and kind. He was helpful in diagnosing the problem, although still had to take into the store for in-house correction.

The Geek Squad agent mounted our Google Nest outdoor camera and solar panel. It worked great for about a month, then stopped working. As a TotalTech customer, I called to have another Geek Squad agent check it out. Cassidy (Geek Squad agent) said that the camera may have stopped working because of cold temps, and suggested I call again when it was warmer. I called again, and got the run around from the off shore call center rep, but was finally able to get a Geek Squad agent scheduled for 06/05/24 - 6 weeks out. The Geek Squad can (and should) do better!!

The two gentlemen who came to "clean up" my computer were social and knowledgeable .... much appreciated their time and work done here. The one fella Aaron was marvelous and did the work actually while the other fella observed.

I had a hum on my speakers, connected to my PC CPU. Geeks located the problem and told me how to avoid it or fix it in the future. Hum is gone now, after they adjusted the speaker plug on my CPU.

The agent helped me over the phone and was able to restore my program files and passwords. Once again my Geek Squad membership saved my butt. Money well spent!

Sean was great. Had him check my mothers computer, which was running slowly. He explained that it was probably age of computer. Also helped her to get into a website she was having trouble with.

The agent transferred my requested data from Computer 1 to Computer 2. Assisted with the proper manner in which to begin the preparation for the recently purchased physical TurboTax product. There was total frustration with the initial attempt to download the online item, which had to be canceled. Thus, the agent able to provide required problem resolution

The agent first reviewed current printer to verify it would not be worth fixing due to age and cost. Also different cartridges are being used now.

Agent completely wiped the data on my hard drive on my computer tower as I was selling it and didn't want any information left on the unit. The tower was set back to the initial screen showing "First Step" upon bootup.
