Bianca from the Geek Squad set up the hardware and software for my new computer and printer. I didn't have to do anything except answer questions about what options I wanted. She was excellent!

Agent completely wiped the data on my hard drive on my computer tower as I was selling it and didn't want any information left on the unit. The tower was set back to the initial screen showing "First Step" upon bootup.

The agent remounted by cable box after it fell during home remodeling. He also went an extra step and stapled cords to the baseboards and programmed my remote to make it easier for me to use.

We are unable to get Serius XM sound, and the Clock is off on our Internet Service. He did set us up with He set up with a Streaming Service, but, did not leave any instructions on how to access the service. It was a lot to try to remember! We are not blaming anyone. We just could use some written source information until we get used to using the service.
