    The Person who came was supposed to remove all of Microsoft Dock program, but it has come back. They did check my computer for other programs though and it looks like he got them.

    I have a 49" monitor and a desktop which I have on the floor. The monitor has some unique settings. I'm 82 so I'm not too agile. The guys did a great job.
